Terms of Attendance

These terms apply to tickets for NEXT LIFE SUMMIT on 25 January 2027 at Four Points by Sheraton Ljubljana Mons, Slovenia.

The event organiser is GUD d.o.o., Ajdovščina 1, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, company registration number 8102490, VAT ID SI98277448. Tickets are sold through Eventim SI d.o.o.

Tickets and admission

Ticket categories, prices and included benefits are shown during purchase. A ticket for the main summit on 25 January does not include admission to the invitation-only programmes on 24 and 26 January.

Your purchase confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please retain your ticket for admission.

Transfers and refunds

Tickets are transferable but non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or offered following cancellation or a material change to the event.

Tickets are not issued in an attendee's name. The buyer may transfer a ticket to another person at any time before the event by giving that person the valid ticket. No name change or approval from the organiser is required. Each ticket permits admission only once.

If the event is cancelled or materially rescheduled, ticket holders will be informed of the options available to them.

Programme and on-site activities

The organiser may make reasonable changes to speakers, the schedule and individual activities. Access to the expo or testing area does not mean that every test, measurement or consultation is included in the ticket price. Some activities may require a separate booking, payment or consent.

Talks and presentations are for general information and do not replace individual medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

At the venue

Attendees must follow venue rules and reasonable instructions from the event team, and treat other attendees, speakers and exhibitors respectfully. Photography and filming will take place; further details are provided in our Privacy Policy.
