This policy explains how personal data is handled in connection with NEXT LIFE SUMMIT and nextlifesummit.com.

Who is responsible for your data?

What data do we use?

When you contact us or attend the event, we may process your name, contact details and information needed to respond to your enquiry or organise your attendance. Ticket sales are handled through Eventim SI d.o.o.; please also consult Eventim's privacy information for data processed during checkout and payment.

During Eventim's online checkout, you may separately agree to let Eventim share your email address with GUD d.o.o. so we can send you announcements and promotions for events we organise. This consent is optional and does not affect your ticket purchase. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email or by writing to hello@nextlifesummit.com.

Photography, filming and health-related activities

The event will be photographed and filmed. Images and recordings may be used to report on and promote NEXT LIFE SUMMIT. Attendees will also be informed about photography and filming at the venue.

Exhibitors may offer tests, measurements or consultations. Any information and results arising from these activities are handled between the attendee and the relevant exhibitor. GUD d.o.o. does not receive individual test results or other health information from these activities. Before taking part, please consult the exhibitor's information about how it processes your data.

Cookies, recipients and retention

The website may use cookies necessary for its operation. Details of any analytics or marketing cookies and a link to cookie settings will be added once the website's cookie setup is confirmed.

We share personal data with service providers only where needed to operate the website and event or meet legal obligations. We retain it only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose or as required by law.

Your rights
